The staff does not get enough credit. I believe this site was created to voice your opionion about the community. You may disagree with their policies but those are govern by corporate. The staff has always been helpful to me. My dogs love it here and the open fields. There are walking path through out the complex with doggie stations. It's a great community with hard working employees.

I agree, I think Vista Lago is one of the most Lush rental communities left in the West Palm Beach area, And the staff when ever I call down to ask for a request, have always been more then accomdating and Friendly, I would give this community a 10, I enjoy living here and have reccomended it to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work Vista Lago!

WOW Couldn't disagree more interesting how no one posts and then when there's a bad review then two people post back to back hmm could this be the people in the office posting hoping the bad post doesnt effect their apartment renting percentile so they wont lose their jobs. Management stop posting sleeze balls this is for residents. I agree with the bad post prior to these these girls are sleeze.

I find it funny how, this person has nothing else better to do all day Then post nasty comments about people on here, and not even put there name on it, and can't even get the names of the people in the office right, So I wonder how true you are when you post your reviews Anonymously.

First of all, first and second posts might want to learn how to spell if they want to type for all to see. It is obvious it's the office typing. How lame to have to do that one, and two they cannot even spell! Second, I've been here for three years and I'm happy but it's definately not the best place left in West Palm Beach. Not bad but certainly not the best. There is room for improvement. For example, when something brakes down, it would be nice to have it fixed for good and not temporarily patch up what is needed to only have to come back later and do the same thing over and over again. We pay enough money to have things fixed properly and not half a**! Also, as far as the girls who used to work there, what happened they all left?! Signs of instability in this place also. Personally I never had any problems with them except for the big, rude guy who used to be there. He provided the worst custmer service every time I called or walked into the office. As far as the new people who are there now, I don't have complaints so far, so keep it up!
