I'm in my second year at Vista Lago, and I have no intention of moving. This is one beautiful complex, professionally managed and maintained. The grounds are resort-like. The apartments border on luxurious with features like ceramic tile and crown molding. Many units have spectacular water views. I've never had a problem with noise; as a matter of fact, Vista Lago is a peaceful haven.
I note significant complaining by many who have reviewed Vista Lago. None of their experiences have been mine: it's been a pleasure living here.

Not a nice community management and grounds are all concrete

I rented at Vista Lago for two years. The security gate was broken several times a week which left the community with no security. There were many instances the garbage over flowed and the management let the garbage overflow for days.Not only was it unslightly but a health hazard. many of the residents would leave their garbage in front of their door. If you complained to the office they took no action to rectify the situation. The pool always looked dirty and although the community was built in 2003 it looked older because it is not well matained.
