Its all concrete inside and management has the same feel not very good and very hard nosed and let you know they dont like being asked things.

When you buy your own home and build it from top to bottom then you'll be able to be as picky as you seem to be. but it seems you cannot afford that so you have to settle for apartment communities. i myself think this place is one of the best, have you looked out there to compare? we can't expect a paradise Afterall for the money and convenience i get with this place, it's worth it. best of luck to you finding what suits you!
