I think the problem with Waterway Village was that they had new owners and/or management every 4 months! (raising the rent every time your lease expires!) by the time we moved out, we did not receive any of our key deposits back, because the latest management had no record of these deposits, today is 60 days since our move out date, and still no deposit back to us. They were always very fast to move the rates up, but never happy to hear any complaints or "please fix this or that's". 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
