I have lived at Waterway for approximately 8 months and cannot wait for my lease to be up. This place is horrible. First of all, the management couldn't care less about the tenants all they want is money. The pool area is always full of trash including dirty diapers, used condoms and beer bottles. I was only here three months before my bike (which was locked up beneath the steps) wheel was stolen. I spoke to a neighbor and he said that his motorcycle was stolen earlier. This may be a result of the gate being constantly broken. I recenlty noticed approximately 20 people having a party in the parking lot. I called the police and also notifed the management. Management acted like I was taking too much of their precious time and wanted me out of their office as soon as possible. The fitness center is a joke. It consists of broken treadmills and bikes (none of which operate properly. Not to mention the trash areas usually overflows with smelly garbage. Also, if you do not like kids running around hitting your car with balls and toys do live here. The parents around here do not watch their kids and let them roam around at will. There is always loud music playing or loud car stereos or just loud cars in general. This is too much to put up with for $960.00 a month. Whatever you do do not live here. The place is the dump of all dumps. Do not waste you money.
