They will take adavntage of families that don't read the fine print. Renter beware!! Gate, Pool, Dumpster area, Parking Lot if you lived there I need not say anymore. Not a safe place to have kids. Mutiple famlies in 1 apartment and did I mention not a safe place for kids. I got out and paid alot of $$$$ to do it. Pay what you have to just GET OUT. The management will smile in your face and laugh behind your back I've seen it done.Go ahead just leave I'm sure the gares open
