Yeah, they show you the clubhouse and on the nice path to the model they tell you your bike won't be a problem but you should be sure to lock it up because they cannot be liable for its safety. That day, they said no one minds if you visit the pool at night. I've never actually gone; but I thought it was a nice idea.

Meanwhile, you move in and realize the grounds are not kept and although you like dogs you don't want to have to tip-toe through the grass! You can't blame the owners because the dog-bag dispenser is empty! Your secured bike has been "removed" and there is a new notice on the pool gate that reads "Pool closed at dusk".

They don't fix the security gate system and allow the garbage to pile up to thirty feet around the dumpster every week.

They just want your money and a signed contract.

It's not the fault of the office staff that the garbage piles up 30 feet high. If other residents will only put the bag done the shutte and not the floor everyone else will follow the correct procedure and the area will remain clean. It easier to complain in a web site than to enter into the office with your concerns so everyone can work together to make this a comfortable place to live.

No one listens in the office! they are all just conning other people to move in rather than keep the ones they have happy!
