I have lived at 4 different complexes in Palm Beach. This , by far, is the worst. Not just is it the worst (for the money) apartments in Palm beach. It's the worst crap------------ I have ever lived> No body should ever move here. The management, ------- and ---; are the worst 2 people to ever run a apartment complex. They are nice until you sign the contract and give them your money. I am very easy going but I can't wait for my lease to run up. Here is a list of reasons this places sucks are.
1)BUGS BUGS BUGS!!!
2)Shi_tty Management!!!! 3)Garbage everywhere!!!
4)Things Dont Get fixed [They just don't care) (If your fan breaks your out of luck)]
5)Gates always broken. when the are fixed they break again 2 days later.
6)Parking spots are compact only.
7)No power for Days and Days and Days etc... after hurrcanes.
8)Apartments are un-erogonomic and very unefficent. All dors hit each other. Laundry room is in kitchen. Cabnets Fridgerator and sliding door for laundry all hit each other.
9)I could keep going; but, I got to get to work. Don't be lowered into this place by the fountin and exterior of bulding; those are the only nice things here.

i just had to throw away $200 worth of food because the bugs got into it all, i keep my place super clean but nothing keeps them out and the leasing office said i have to pay for someone to come.
