I lived in this complex for less than a year. I broke my lease in August, with 2 months left on the lease. They told me they "don't do letters" in regards to when I asked them about what I would be liable for upon move-out. They took my entire security deposit of $600, and charged me for unsubstantiated items like advertising and what not. The apartment was left immaculate, which they noted. And I was left owing them $80. I contested the use of my security deposit for such things, on September 28th via certified letter. It is now November 21st and I still am yet to year from them. I called them today and they said they were "getting around to it."

I had drug dealer neighbors both below and adjacent to me. I had to call the cops on numerous occasions. I witnessed people breaking into the pool house. The gate NEVER worked while I lived there. The neighbors above me overflowed their toilet and bathtub on numerous occasions, causing flooding into my apartment, and management/maintenance did NOTHING.

This was the most over-priced GHETTO living ever!!!
