I WISH I NEVER RENTED AT WATERWAY VILLAGE WEST PALM BEACH, BIG MISTAKE!
I was there for couple of years,I've always paid my rent on time and never bothered anybody. I have realized the residence was going down hill: I started to have rats coming to my patio(making holes in the screen), there were always mountains of garbage at the main entrance, just overall, the place was getting dirty.
After my lease was over, they took my deposit in full they are charging me even more! when I gave this appartment even cleaner than they gave it to me! I have no problem to pay for what has been damaged (the place is getting old and things are going to break at one point) but the problem is: they are charging me for things which are not even damaged or it was damaged and written in my lease.
The manager there is the WORST (the office is in Island Shore) I've been calling many many times and never returned my phone calls in 6 months!!! Now they put these charges in collection. Beleive me if these charges were fair I would pay for it and not damage my credit but this is a COMPLETE ABUSE.
I know I'm not the only one in that situation and that's what they do to get money from us. They are a big company and they know we don't have money to get a lawyer. This practice should be illegal.
So PLEASE, DO NOT rent there they will screw you up! Waterway Village or Island Shore is the same story!

The exact thing happened to me.The place is a ghetto .Spent two days cleaning every inch of that dump and is being sued for bogus charges DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLUM!
