I live at Windward at the Villages during Hurricane Francis. There were extensive damages to my apartment. My roof was leaking, the carpet was stained yellow from water damage, the windows were stained from water damage, the ceiling fan split to pieces on the deck, and the A/C was broke. They didn't fix anything. For 2 months I waiting and disputed with the company to break my lease. They would not allow me to break the lease. They said that I would have to pay the rest of my leases rent. That was about 5 months worth of rent to move out! I broke the lease and moved out and didn't pay them a dime. I am only a college student and they put close to $5,000 debt on my credit. The office/management is hearless. The maintenance was utterly rediculous!! Don't even give this place a thought.
