Well I've lived her for a year now but will be moving out when my lease is up. To start off, the parking situation is terrible; not enough for the amount of units. When it's raining out, I can bet to get soaked. When my roomate and I first moved in, there was a lot of rust and a small hole on our front door, the manager (who I may add no longer works here) told us that they had already ordered a new door and that it would be installed within a week. Well, about 8 months later, they came, installed a new door that didn't fit right, so it drags at the bottom when being opened and closed. They gave it one coat (which isn't enough) of paint and said they were going to wait a week to let dry, then come back to finish the job; my lease is up in 2 weeks, door, still incomplete.
