I challenge the staff to put up some pictures of something other than the office and/or pool. DON'T MOVE TO THIS GARBAGE DUMP!!!

WOW!!!!! Where did they get there info from I've been living at the property for over 5 years and love it. The girl that you speak of.... Idiot that was done by an on duty Police officer. Maybe you should get your facts straight before you bad mouth an excellent community and a great place to live. It's always quite parking is fine. The gate was broken twice from a moving truck. Really did you pay your rent late or something. The management staff are the friendliest people you could meet. Its obvious that your racist and would find something wrong with the Breakers in palm beach. Most residents that live here have been here for many years it's a very small community and we would love if someone like you moved out.

You need to move out. As the other person mentioned the sexual attack was an on duty police officer that followed her home from Riviera Beach. Don't you watch the news? The police are hardly here on this property. I've been here for years along with many other residents. There are plenty of officers that live here both with take home car and regular vehicles. If your friends wouldn't try to JUMP the gate it wouldn't be broken. The management is not responsible for the hot tub not being clean if your friend didn't do dirty things in it the night before. It would be clean in the morning. Management does not eyeball the hot tub at night. The workers are very friendly and they fix all the problems within a timely mannor. YOU must of had a problem or not paid rent and they told you where to go. PLEASE LEAVE who needs you. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST apartments complexs around this area. If you want a GYM go pay for one. By living here you have safety, Spacious apartments (one of the largest in the area) this is a clean property, Rednecks like you never stay long. Parking problem you must of had a TRUCK and not put it in the back where it belongs.

SOUNDS LIKE SERIOUS ISSUES OVER THERE IN THAT COMPLEX!! NO WONDER WHY ITS A BIG ZERO RECOMMENDED!! LOL THIS IS FUNNIER THAN WATCHING AMERICA FUNNIEST VIDEOS WATCHING THE MANAGERS FIGHTING AND THE RESIDSENTS FROM ALL THE REVIEWS I READ LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE RIGHT..HMMMMMM SHOULD I LIVE THERE OR NOT?

This is my first time posting on here and I too hate this place. If you live downstairs the people upstairs can do nothing about how loud they are. I know that a lot of the upstairs apt's are hardwood floor... Really?!? The maintenance people are straight up crackheads and they want to come into your apt all the time for "inspections". Please read this and don't move here. I will be gone the second my lease is up. It doesn't look super bad from the outside and it's dirt cheap but this place is full of really scummy people and the gate is pointless. It has a gate at the entrance butt there is no gate around the side of the complex so anyone can walk in if they want. I know that I'm repeating a lot of the same things that these other posters did but it's all true and that response about how nice this place is was obviously from an employee. When I moved in I told the managers about what I read on this site and they said that this place used to be under diff management and that it was completely different. Wrong. Move to Juno Beach or Jupiter.

Windward is a straight up ghetto. You have to be broke or crazy to move there.
