I've lived here for 3 years. There are also quite a few residents who have lived here 5 years. While any place you live is going to have its good and bad points, Windward has more positives. Management is professional and addresses any problems immediately. Maintenance fixes things right away -- and completes the job correctly the first time. While the property is going through a face lift, some may be frustrated with the changes. But many improvements to benefit all residents have already been put into place. Good things come to those who wait.

Have to agree this is a wonderful place to live at. I have lived here for 3 years and it's great. That's why I continue to renew my lease each year. My partner and I love it here. It's a great place.

It's so strange how the people that like this place, all have the same pictures uploaded.?.? A reasonable person would assume that the same worthless manager keeps posting to keep the rating high.
