I recently moved here from west Texas and I enjoy living here. The property is clean and enjoyable and the staff is very courteous. The only reason people would not have anything nice to say about this place is probably because they were evicted or were the ones that were causing the problems to begin with. I would recommend Windward to my friends. Heather and her team have alot work to do and are trying to make this place better for everyone so we all just need to have patients and understand that change takes time.

I would suggest you to please make sure you spell correctly before correcting other peoples spelling. It's spelled Place not (placve). When your lease is up feel free to go. If you need help packing your stuff moving please let us know there is a lot of people that will help. Read your water bill. It's high because of the trash, sewer, and water. I see you work 50 hours a week. WOW that is good. I work 60 hours a week so that doesn't mean a thing. Just get over yourself. You will not be happy where ever you live.

Typing plavce instead of place is a typo not incorrect spelling you Moron. Whereas, typing "patients" instead of "patience" makes you a retarded Apartment Manager.
