Please give credit where credit is due, and that being the vast improvements to the dwellings and the grounds. Heather, Robin, Alex, Randy, Tom, and Eric have been working very hard and long hours trying to improve the quality of Windward Village. They can't change things overnight, but they certainly are moving very quickly and the right direction for making our residences a home and not just a place to sleep. A newsletter listing projects,information about local events and what is happening in both the local community and our neighborhood is now in place. The staff has been working on ways to make our community an actual neighborhood, where neighbors know their neighbors, and can make new friends through the cook outs, tennis with Brad, garage sales and other vehicles used to create harmony in our little part of the world. If I have any issues I go to the office and express my feelings, and I have never ever been refused time to state my opinions or grievances. If my requests were viable they were taken care of in a timely manner. Are there things that I would like to see changed or improved upon, most definitely, however I also understand that it cannot be done over night. I do see that the staff here is trying very hard to please everyone so please try to work with them and don't be too quick to criticize.

I agree! They are a great team and I am happy that I moved to Windward in August. There is NO apartment community anywhere in the world without issues...communication is the key to a great community and I feel in the month or so I've been here that Heather and her team are doing just that. Communicating and moving forward! :-) ~Jen

Hopefully anyone who wouldn't enjoy living at Windward will realize that only an employee knows every staff members name... and the guy who gives tennis lessons.
