I moved to Woodlake in 2005, it was so nice, Management was great but then new managemtent took over (2007)the complex went totally down hill.
Maintenance: What maintenance' I have had a problem for the last two months and I still haven't seen maintanance yet, called every week, nothing. Security:What security' The gates worked for the 1st month when I moved in, and that was it, besides what's the purpose of the gate, you use your pass to get in and then 5 other cars ride in right behind you, security pleeeasssse!! I have received so many notices on my door about rapes and assaults for the past year its ridiculous, its scary and the only solution management has is $8.00 pepper spray you can purchase at the leasing office. Are you serious''' Management: What management' They have lost my rent check on two occasions and then someboby broken into the leasing office and stole the apartment keys, and then management wants you to renew your lease 5 months before you lease even expires. If this was an option for one of your moving choices, please do yourself a favor and cross it off you list and dont move into Woodlake. Especially if you valve you life and your valuables! Keep looking!!!

My name was on the waiting list, and the first thing I'm going to do is get my deposit return. It looks like the "PJ's", it's starting to look lkie the old "ARBOR'S" used to look. Keep your head "UP".
