Great place... but be aware - This is a great looking place have had no issues with the apartment or facilities.... Until somebody stole my vehicle. The amount of ghetto people that this apartment complex has is growing ever since I moved in. I feel completely insecure even at home and can't wait for the contract to end. AIMCO IS A JOKE..REALLY! I have rented from AIMCO before in the past and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE. They could care less about their residents, and don't even bother trying to get anything fixed...it's almost impossible. The property managers there rotate in and out like a ferris

Not the place for us The AC made us pay too much electricity. It was too small for the apartment and it made a lot of noise. The appliances were not even close to being good. The wash machine was too small and did not clean the clothes. The sink kept clotting. It was a mess all in all.

Quiet little village of apartments ! I just left the property and new lights, decorative fencing and landscaping are being installed right now. The painters were painting a couple of the buildings. It was very quiet, under new management I guess !
