I have been living in Fairlake since they built the place and I have experienced the several changes in Management. I can honestly say that the office Staff is always friendly and helpfull. I have been witness to people being less than kind to them and it usually is when they are paying late or have not paid their rent. I know they sometimes take sevral days to fix your appliances but what my neighbors do not realize is that they are very short handed. Maybe we should blame the Management Company for not providing us the people who live here with more maintenance people. If you do not like where you live, move-out! I love my home and shame on you for spitting your own face!

you are so funny the manager was there for a long time and she did not get kicked out she moved, it was a shame to see her go she truly cared about us you are shameful
