Not usually one to write stuff like this but believe I owe it as reviews here have been helpful to mee. Staff was very rude and protective of the incompetences of one another, showing the importance of why relatives should not be hired by administrators. It seemed to have been one big family running the place. Other employees lived together. They seemed to have apartmetns in the place. That said, nothing ever got repaired. I believe I was not given full information, actually was mislead, and as I result agreed to take a loss and complete a contract to avoid confrontation. They were always bullies. Had many problems at the time and just tried to let time go by. But I owe writing this.
Myriad ugly anecdotes.
As for safety I had the police come knock on my door repeatedly. Think they often confused with the incredibly scary character living just on top of my floor and did wake up my family a couple of times. As for character above, very unsafe and office would not do anything despite scary evidence. Was very afraid for my family when I had to travel.
I have seen what looks like shady transactions in parking lot and park across street not as peaceful and safe as it looked. Don{t recommend for families. I know of at least a couple of robberies inside.
As for apartmetns, many immigrants share one among many just one place to save which creates too much traffice. Pools are dirty. Security guards very rude too. This is my opinion. I am still afraid of their legal threats so please do not post this if it may create me problems as I gain nothing from it other than help others.
