Place is well-managed; staff is pleasant and helpful. For example, you can use their office fax machine to send faxes... something I found very useful.

Don't be late on your rent. It's due on the third by 6:00 PM. I tried to pay at 6:05 one evening and was told it was late, so I had to pay by cashiers check or money order an pay the usurious $75 late fee.

Pools are nice and well-maintained. Kiddy pool is often closed. No jacuzzi.

Parking is an issue in some areas... it's hard to find a parking spot late at night near your unit, but most units have a garage and driveway. The issue is with second cars when you don't use the garage for car storage.

Location is excellent - easy to I-75, Publix and other shopping within walking distance.
