Was nice but...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I live here since last year and like previous review, this place has converted to condo and the new owner ELAD is not as nice as original owner. The gate is open for 24/7 and my car got stolen once. So this place is no longer gated and somewhat unsafe. ELAD's intention is to sell all the units as high price as possible and to convert all the units to condo. The special price offered for tenant is insanely expensive for the size and its construction. If you are looking for well maintained apartment you could live for years, this is not the place.
