New Ownership Horrible

I lived at San michele for 2 years from 10/04 to 10/06 The place was great in 04 and 05. You must beware that the New ownership is not concerned with its tennants. The place used to be nice with a pleasant staff. Now it is unsafe (gate open all the time, not well maintaned and the staff is horrible to deal with. The new ownership wants to make a quick buck and sell these places at ridiculously high prices. My apartment was a 3br 3 bath for 400k and a 450/mo maint. fee. I do not reccomend San Michele.
