I HAVE READ ALL THE COMMENTS THAT PEOPLE WHO HAVE OR DO LIVE IN THIS RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX.... EVERYONE SEEMS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MAINTANCE CREW AND THE PROBLEM ABOUT THE MOLD..... I AM GUESSING THAT THOSE PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE MOLD ARE PROBABLY NOT FLORIDA NATIVES OR HAVE ANY COMMON SENSE.. ANYWHERE YOU GO THERE WILL BE A CASE OF MOLD, ONLY BECAUSE THIS IS " FLORIDA" AND THE CLIMATE CHANGES. THE MAINTANCE ISSUE, YOU WILL GET THAT "ANYWHERE YOU GO!"..... WHAT I THINK THAT SHOULD BE DONE IS WHEN THE EXIT GATE IS LEFT OPEN FOR PEOPLE JUST TO COME AND GO AS THEY PLEASE ( WHICH WAS WRTTEN ON QUITE A FEW COMMENTS ABOUT THIS PLACE AND HONESTLY YALL HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO BUT COMPLAIN ABOUT SMALL STUFF) SINCE IT SEEMS THAT SOME OF THE PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS SHOULD MOVE IF IT IS SUCH A BIG DEAL! BUT ANYWAYS I LIKE THE PLACE AND HAVE NO ISSUES EXCEPT THE FACT THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO AIR VENTS FOR THE FIRST FLOOR STAIRCASE AREA. I MEAN COME ON.... WHO'S BRILLIANT IDEA WAS THAT NOT TO INSTALL SOME KIND OF VENTILATION THERE''' ANYWAYS I LIKE IT HEAR AND LIKE THE NEIGHBORS AND NOT ONCE WAS I TALKED TO IN ANY DISRESPECTFUL MANNER.. I GUESS SOME PEOPLE ARE LOOKING TO GET TREATED WITH ROYALTY BECAUSE IT IS WESTON .. lol

YOU MUST BE KIDDING!!!! You say don't complain but you DO! And Yes if want to be treated like royalty... IT"S WESTON! and why I moved here! This people who complain have every right to complain. It's NOT small stuff if it happens to you so feel lucky it's not you YET!

oh, and what's with this 'yall' crap and the entire review in caps?! is THAT your idea of a florida native? How does one put the issue of the front gate in the same sentence as MOLD? If you are a Fl native, then you'll understand the term "FUBAR".
