This place have gone down haven to hell since new owner took over in early 2006. First announced condo conversion with insane pricing tried to get rid of all of the residents can't afford to buy. Then they converted the place back to rent for the renting residents because sales wasn't going too well as all of us expected. Simply put, new management doesn't know how to run the rent property and their focus is damage control to cut the loss for their investment. All they do is sack the money out of people however way possible while providing minimum efforts to maintain the place. They also accept obvious teen age gang color people these days as long as they pay. Those people makes noises during the night, driving the car inside the property in dangerous speed. I no longer see kids play around sunset as many as before (parents are doing good job!). This place is not for family with kids. If you are considering, read lease condition VERY carefully before you sign anything and negotiate whatever you find unreasonable.
