I moved in with a friend and i thought it was a decent looking place, but small. We lived on the layout where you have 3 floors, two bedroom, two bathrooms, one car garage. When you first walk in the door there is a door to the left with a garage, then immediately in front of you, stairs. you walk up the stairs and open another door (which these doors seem to be automatically shutting), when you open the door you are in the kitchen area, walk a little further and your in your living room, cant fit much in there tho. SO you turn around and you walk up two steps and your in the dinning room keeping walking there is the guest bathroom to the right and then immediately infront there is the guest bedroom. Make a left and walk up the stairs to the master bedroom/master bathroom. thats it. its like 900 square feet INCLUDING the garage.
oh yea, by the way, there are NO parking spots everrrr.
also, they increased my neighbors rent after his lease was up from $1900 to $2600 for a four bedroom/bath one car garage. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I'm not 100% happy either but your over exaggerating a bit..Parking isn't great but not that bad..And I have the same unit you do...Believe me it's more then 900 sq ft. Yes if you use alot of furnture it'll look small but use minimal furnture and everything is fine, Just don't buy a BIG couch and so on....Not that bad dude. And tell your friend if he payed more with the way housing is now, He got screwed!. All they had to do is tell them he was leaving and they would have kissed his butt and maybe even lowered his rent!! I heard this has been done and I will do the same in August. This place is getting better than how I felt a few years back (I do have a earlier rating) but there has been improvement, not much but some.
