Had the worst...worst experience...run don't walk away from here...horrible office staff...definate NO...terrible maintenance...awful small place...no parking...very dark...rude rude rude...gates suck...terrible terrible place to live...condo conversion a nightmare...bad overpriced mess

I think that some people are forgetting that these were built as apartments, not actual long-term homes. I lived in a 1500 SQft three bedroom townhouse, 2100 if you count the quarage. How many three bedroom apartments offer that? When I lived there, things were great and while I wanted to purchase, the offer wasn't available. The other thing people are forgetting is that regardless of anything, you're paying for a spot in WESTON!! not North Miami. I lived at San Michele a few years back and management was wonderful to me and my friend who moved in with me. I got locked out one night after dropping my friend off at the airport (she left with my key), very late, and they actually came to my rescue instead of requiring that I call a locksmith so while I can't discount your experience, i can honestly say that mine was awesome.

ha! back to read the miserables..(see toxic mold) i notice no one has made any positives on that hell hole worth bothering...not even ms.anon on 3/10 should convince anyone in their right mind to live here (she is obviously obsessed with the word WESTON thinking it means STATUS). the words purchase,experience and buyer should never be taken seriously by someone who cant spell negative, garage,improvement,and conversion.

I am glad to see that they are using the pictures i took of the front of my unit lol I have lived here since november 2006, i love this place.. lots of officers live in here, which is great, feels more secure. i walk my dogs around 4ish in the mornings, and every morning i always see and officer patrolling the area.. okay, so the gate gets stuck , big deal, there isnt any crime that goes on in here, accept for stupid kids breaking coconuts in the road where area, but otherwise, not much goes on.. one thing that urks me big time are the people who blow right through the stop sigh, speed like crazy, whipping the turns etc. that is unacceptable, and sometimes i wish i were a cop. But anyways, i love this place ! neighbors are great, only thing that bothers me are ignorant people who dont live here blabbing off on how bad this place is.. okay, so what, move on to another place, but giving negative feed back like some people on here, come on, get a life, be an adult ( if you are one ). If you don't like what is being offered, then just leave.. plain and simple..

Wow , Your really Upset aren't you? Look I've lived here for the past 3 1/2 years and I have had my gripes too but your really taking it to the next level. This place really isn't that bad. I can almost agree with you on your reasons BUT Nightmare, run don't walk,Horrible,Rude, Terrible...I don't think so. It's NOT that BAD. They might need improvements here and there and the employees are very nice to me, what did you do to make them RUDE to you? huh?? Sounds like your the type that always has a chip on your shoulder and ALWAYS finds the negative in everything you come across. Improvements YES, as bad as you say ..NO WAY!!!! One thing I can say is this. You can buy a HOUSE now for what they are selling these condo's for. With the housing market the way it is now I would NOT buy here, Much better deals outside of this place. Good place to RENT for a few years but not to buy. San Michele is half rentals and half condo conversion. Not a good idea for buyers. (by the way) Thanks Ms. "Spelling Bee" for correcting my spelling(see comment 0n 3/20) Also don't take anyone serious who doesn't know that you must use a capital letter at the beginning of each sentence! Go back to school dummy!! My excuse was I was typing to fast,and I didn't proof read what's yours?
