I lived at San Michelle for a year and am glad to be renting somewhere else. Reported a closet door needed fixing when I first moved in and reminded them several times. Never fixed. Appliances are cheap and old. Front gate is always stuck in the open position. Pool and other facilities are open to public. No security. No parking. Apartments are so small everyone stores the stuff that won't fit in their garage. Cars are parked everywhere. Noisey. Over priced for services you get. As a going away present they are keeping my deposit. They say they had to replace the carpet. I am disputing it but am not holding my breath.

Let them keep your deposit...RUN!!! don't look back. they need your deposit money to pay that referral fee there are offering.
