love our apartment layout and things to do in the area The weston area is an active community and Weston Place is close to everything and I have felt very welcomed and I am satisfied. Clean. Safe. My kids love it here too.

Worst Experience All you hear is your neighbors dog waking you up at 7 am in the morning.
The Security guard that aimlessly drives his golf cart on his phone all the time is very rude and gives you a good stare down.
The managers are stuck up typical weston snobs and they don't care about

if you are one day late on your rent is increased big time quite, office staff is good when they are not in the office near the club house. Washer and dryers are old and make noise. If you are lost your house, overcoming rough times and live in Weston this is a great spot to regain your

Ghetto San Michelle has become the ghetto of Weston. The staff are a step of trailed park trash with a job. They are working in the wrong zip code! The property is never sprayed for insects, so all the dogs there are flea infested! complain about it and they say they have not heard anything
