This is a great building with security, great views, party/workout room, with a pool in the heart of Wilton Manors. The building is being converted to a condominium. The lobby has been completely renovated. The pool area was re-done with new pool furniture. Hurricane shutters are being installed and the building exterior is being painted. The hallways are being re-carpeted and new lighting has made the hallways look beautiful. The units are also being renovated.

The building is a real bargain and will definitely go up in value.

I think this was written by one of the new owners (now gone, and bankrupt). None of the tenants who lived in the building at the time felt like this...
