Yearly leases available & a great location

I recently moved into the building (May 25) & I was able to secure a 1 year lease. I have a renovated 2 2. It's a great apartment & the building is in a great location. The other tenants are really nice. The office does have areas to improve on... but overall I'd highly recommend this building.
