If I were you I would seriously review my options before signing a lease with Wilton Tower. First of all the place is a dump. It's dirty, The pool area is a disgrace. The new bimbos they call management (Heather and Betsy) have been making promises since RK Properties took over the building. We were told the pool would be heated, they were installing a jacuzzi, and BBQ pavillion. These promises were made nearly a year ago and still nothing. You sit around the pool, with the chipped paint all around the deck area and disgusting "shower" that I wouldn't shower a dog in, and they require you to shower before entering the pool. The yellow caution tape that surrounds the hole with overgrown weeds that is suppose to be the jacuzzi. The lobby is always in disarray. I've seen cockroaches walking around and probably from the over loaded trash cans both inside the lobby and outside the side doors. There is dog crap all around the outside of the building in the grassy areas because there are no restrictions on dog size and people don't clean up after their dogs. Management is too busy catering to their friends within the building then to enforce the poop scoopying rules. If your AC breaks down and often times it does because most of the units are original from the 1970's prepare to wait several days to get it fixed. Also it's not uncommon for your toilet to back up into your bathtub. Again waiting several days for a plumber. They start a project and immediately get shut down by the city because they're too stupid to get the proper permits. Plain and simple the management thinks they are in charge of the residents and not just the building. They are both losers. They don't realize the residents pay their salaries. They should be kissing the resident's asses, not trying to play GOD.

Bitter drag queens that don't obey the rules and have such a negative vibe should leave the property! It's that simple, if you don't like it, move out! This is a great property to live in and be a part of. With the exception of a few, as shown above, we have such a wonderful community of adults, of all orientations, with some youngsters thrown in to balance out the mix. The management team is awesome, they go out of their way to help any and every one. Have not seen the bugs or dog droppings as stated above, but I've only been here a bit over a year. OH WAIT, guess I would have seen them if they were here, lol. So basically, wonderful home with only a few negative residents that hopefully will move out soon! Happy to be here and not ashamed to use my name!! John Gaines

it is sad that a few negative people that live here have nothing better to do then ----- and complain,I guess because you can't swim in the pool naked or drink and be loud and rude late evening or early Sunday mornings,you will do nothing but cause problems for everyone else, if you are so unhappy here at Wilton Tower then take your negative ass and move out because some of us are very tired of hearing it..As far as the 2 ladies in the office, if you would stop and talk to them instead of calling the corporate office every time you don't get what you think you should have,you would find that they are here to help us live here comfortably..And for the things that you say have not gotten done here,if you talked to them you would find out that they(the new bimbo's)don't pull permits or have anything to do with the construction or remodeling of this property,they are telling you what has been told to them, -------....Anyone with half a brain would know that when it comes to remodeling a property of this size you have a foreman that handles all the work and permits, So if things seem to take a little longer then what you would like maybe you should talk to the bimbos and find out why,instead of throwing negativity around like it is your god given right,,,,or better yet just move out...as far as the dog ---- around the grass area,why blame the office for people's laziness..we have poopy bags and stations around the property,remember this is not a condo complex it is a rental property and you can move at anytime if you don't like it!!!!! In response to (John Gaines and Kevin Reed) who responded to my "Wilton Tower is horrible" entry, you guys, whoever you are must be on some sort of drugs. This is the forth management team I've been through living here at WT over eight yrs and these two are the worst. John and Donnie were better and anyone that's been here awhile knows how that fiasco was. You refer to someone swimming naked, and being rowdy at the pool. I live directly over the pool on an upper floor and I've yet to see anyone swimming naked. Wish I did.... So I don't know what or who you're talking about there. I don't even use the pool because it's so disgusting. I walk my dog everyday and I'm being honest, there is crap everywhere. You are correct it is the laziness of the residents, however it is up to the bimbos to see to it that the poop scoop rule is upheld. Speaking of the bimbos, where the hell are they everyday between noon and 2pm? Why do they both abandon the building for lunch? What's up with that? Ever heard of staggering your lunches so someone is maning the office at all times between 9 and 5pm? Face it, you say you've been in the building a year, then obviously you have no one to compare their proformance with. They suck, just like the building, and if I could break my lease, I would. Trust me my renivated apt is so cheaply done, it's pathetic. It's amazing to think someone actually thought by heavily painting over flawed walls would look nice. Children could have done a better job.

To the person that posted the first post-you must be living in a different building then me. It sounds to me like you have some personal issues that need to be worked out-and the 2 ladies in the office can not help with metal issues. I have lived in the Towers for 4 years and the place has never been run so well! I will not get into throwing insults around like you did, but I will stand my ground on a few issues. How dare you call any women a BIMBO? And then not to sign your name to such an insult? That says to me that you are not much of a man, but a coward! Everything that you have written in your post sounds like a bunch of sour lemons, so why dont you do all of us a favor and MOVE OUT! It is people like you that a building like this does not need to have around. I hope you find a good doctor to help with your mental health issues. You sure do have them!
