I've been here almost a year--I wish I had known that the building was in receivership before I moved in--what a waste of time and effort to go to all the trouble of moving all my crap here! Building looks better now--was a total dump--yes renovations look nice--tenants (about 75% )are cool here--theres always a few prima donna miserable jerks (Im sure we'd all concur on who they are)--but thats anywhere and you learn to ignore them--but, I am forced to move out of my apt when the lease is up, so the new owners can gut evrything--what a hassle--I have ZERO interest in moving to one of their newer units for the overly inflated price--as the author below stated , you can get a beach place for what they want to charge here now--
