A Great Community to live in This is a great place to live. We had a couple issues but the management team and the maintenance crew were very attentive. All of the neighbors seem to be great and actually say hello! The Management also have activities for the neighborhood.

Wilton Nightmare The management sucks. Lots of dogs and flees. neighbors moving in and out all the time. (lasting a month or two)
The management does not care ---------------while at work. If you need something fixed it usually takes a few weeks to fix somethign simple.

The rent is too much for what you get. The building has lots of drama and too many dogs. If you look around you can find a better deal, I just did not have the time to look. elevators are very bad and break down all the time.

Good place to live I lived in Wilton Towers for 17 years.I recently moved because of the rent increase.It has always been a well run building.I am straight and I always felt very comfortable there.I met alot of great people there.The new manager and assistant are very helpful and professional.

Can't Wait! We keep driving by on our way to work and can't wait till they open. We live at another Gables property now and are extremely impressed with the professional way they manage their communities. We will ONLY live at a Gables property and highly recommend this location for anyone
