One of the better places you can find over all. The staff are nice and friendly and they are very good about maintenance if ever you need anything. It's pretty safe but when I was living there, some thieves robbed my neighbor's car. Neighborhood is quiet and the area is close to where the rich folks live so it's pretty safe in general.
