I don't understand how someone can put down the management like that. They have been nothing but nice to me when I lived there. The property was always clean and safe. And to response to the person that said the manager stole something from them I simply can't believe they would do something like that, they are always polite and considerate of everything and everybody that lived there. The property even got and award last year from HUD - stating that Evergreen Garden Apartments was the complex of the year for 2008. I would recommended this apartment complex to anyone I talked to.

You obviously have never had to deal with the managers. Or unless you are the manager!! Maybe writing a pat on the back for yourself!!! UM, thats rotten. Ask anyone who lives there right now and they will tell you how aweful they are. Ask the tenant that has gone several days without a/c . No one should have to go without air in this heat. And as far as I know they still don't have any.
