ACTUALLY IT'S NOT A VERY GOOD PLACE TO LIVE.I LIVED THERE FOR A YEAR. THE MANAGMENT IS VERY POOR AND MOST OF THE PAST MANAGERS WERE DISHONEST. ALWAYS HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING NO MATTER WHAT. WHICH IS WHY THERE IS RUMOR THAT THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS OR WAS FOR SALE DUE TO BAD BUSINESS ACCOUNTS THE ARBOURS HAVE WITH PARTNERS.
