If you live there, expect to be harassed by the incompetant office staff all of the time. They have a ton of ridiculous rules and things they charge you for, and they try to stick a note on your door every other day to evict you when they "think" you did something but have no proof. The office staff is terrible...they even harrassed me about the type of clothes I wore.
There is hardly any parking: only one assigned spot per apartment. And if you have a guest spend the night for more than three nights, expect to have to put them on the lease because that's what they did to me! They even tried to tow my car out of the GUEST parking lot.
If the place was under different management, it would probably be okay to live at.
