Good to rent but bad office service

This apartment complex is wonderful to live at. The neighbors are friendly, the grounds are kept up with well, and the parking is good also. It is very quiet (no loud parties). The only problem is, the office hours are horrible. It is open from 9:30 am until 12:30 p.m. and half of the time the office personnel is not there. It also takes FOREVER for anything to get fixed in your apartment.
