The latest management as of 10/2008 is absolutely terrible. I have had several leaks over the past few years that have always been fixed fast as well as a dying air conditioner. The latest management takes DAYS to come fix any leak and absolutely refuses to admit the air conditioner has any problems even though my electric bill for a two bedroom apartment totals over $350.00 a month. We have decided to leave this complex which use to be nice and now is a dump. Since were leaving they have decided to take it upon themselves to come in my apartment throughout the day and snoop around and read my mail even! No notice was EVER given. When management was confronted about this they denied it and hung up on me. What the manager doesn't know is that now there is a camera in my apartment and if she comes in and digs through my possessions again, I will call the police and see what they have to say about it.

Overall this use to be a nice place even though the buildings themselves are very old but with the latest management every thing has just gone to the pits. I would advise staying away from this complex unless you like unresponsive, nosey management w/ apartments that leak consistently.
