What a jackass! First he says there is more than one offering sex, and then, after poor spelling, he tries to say there is one that is offering sex. Which is it? How about none of the above. Sounds like someone is mad because maybe he's not getting any.

Apartment Ratings. COM is getting ridiculous - First tenants pushed to their limits (which I understand in this case) leaving, although very satisfyingly sweet revenging messages, completely out of the point even if true (which I have no problems trusting, I've seen the lady). Then management and staff responding freely and faking good reviews. If you are a manager just say so. We will have an open discussion, things will improve and the reviews will get better! But nooooo, I will act like I am two and just respond to the big bad message. Why don???t you guys try to figure out what is wrong and fix it. All it would take is a change of behavior on your part, a commitment to quality and customer service, and a way to communicate the change to residents. Send out a letter saying we apologize for ever being rude but things will change from now on. Please feel free to contact us if you any questions. That is all we are asking for!!!
