In general, maitenance is non-existence if any at all. You have to really stay on them to get anything fixed. Only thing the management is concerned with is what is visible from the outside when property owners may be paying a visit.
Noise from other apartments is a problem. Management ignores noise complaints and you often have loud music till 1 am or later.
Tiles and ceilings in bathrooms are deplorable. cracked and poor repairs.
Laundry room is filthy and is to be avoided if at all posible.

I am the Manager of Georgetown Apartments, have been since Oct. 2003. We have gone to extremes to make Georgetown a pleasant place to live. The interiors of the apartments were indeed aweful, which we have done everything in our power to repair. The laudry room has since been replaced with new machines and the interior painted. Our pool has never failed an inspection from the Polk Coounty Health Dept. We have 89 Apts. and ALL the tenants are respectable, hard working family oriented people. The noise at Georgetown Apartments has been knocked down, a lot! Thanks to our residents getting involved and calling the proper authorities to help with the situation. So, if you ever have time, drive through Georgetown Apartments and check us out. I'm sure you'll see how much we've done to make it a better place to live.

To the Manager of Georgetown Apartments have you looked at all your reviews they're ALL BAD NOT ONE GOOD ONE. What does that tell you? Not to mention the other horrible review was the person lived right next to a CONDEMNED Apartment. Another terrible place to live all apartment communites care about is when they get they're money and when you want something fixed it takes forever but when they want they're rent you either pay on time or get evicted and then they try to come after you for the money you owe for the lease.
