These modular apartments constructed in the 80's have held up pretty well. We have always been treated courteously by the management and staff, and any issues that have been reported were resolved quickly. The only concerns that we shared were with some of the tenants that have since left the community, and with some of the issues occasionally surrounding parking. The only other disappointment was with the Winter Haven Police Department, and their poor patrolling & response to issues in this facility. Hopefully, the new management company will work to help resolve these.
