Now that the Landings are owned by new owner's, the staff is wonderful and always courteous, it's quiet and feels very safe, even coming home late at night. Best of all, even though they are older apartments, they have been kept very clean and maintained and they have the best price of ALL the apartments in the Winter Haven Area that are located in a good or decent neighborhood. I LOVE IT!
