High energy costs

Not energy efficient. Landscaping needs help- lots of help. Maintenance is prompt but often needed. AC broke twice in 3 months and wasn't working too well in the first place. They replaced the compressor and now it freezes over if you set it anywhere near room temp. Never gave us the gym codes. It's been months since the hurricanes and there has been no effort to clean up. And a word of advice- do not bring pets, specifically large breed dogs. Mngmt ok'd our dogs when we signed the lease and then threatened to evict us 5 months later- over the same dogs. Get everything in writing, give 30 days notice at the end of the lease, and kiss your security deposit goodbye. Also, NEVER miss the exterminator or bugs will carry you away while you sleep. Mold is really bad also. Especially in the bathroom and around the a/c vents. Linoleum is coming up and has been sealed way too many times with an inch and 1/2 wide layer of dirty caulking. In my opinion Riverlake is also way overpriced for what you get. Try Sailwind.
