The description of the apartment grounds sound so wonderful! Beautiful landscaping, basketball courts, playgrounds, picnic areas, grills, pools, car wash (two of each!!) UNTRUE! The place is falling apart, car wash ancient and never has worked, all areas unkept. Nice onsite storage units, but filthy! Inside of the apartments are a nice layout and quiet. Maintenance is poor and everything put together haphazardly. Appliances old, NOT cost efficient! My electric bill was almost triple of what I was quoted. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!
