well, i just don't understand how someone can charge you the amount of money they want for rent then don't do anything for you or the place you live except for letting it crumble. This place needs so much work it's crazy. The paint is coming off everything, cracks everywjere in most of the buildings. Maybe they could think about some landscaping instead of letting dead trees and sand be everywhere. it's not hard to do a little cleanup. Maintenance on the buildings, inside or outside, is rediculous. If something needs to be fixed they might show up that day, then when they do everything is fixed half ass and it just breaks again. Too many animals, you walk outside your door and it smells like a pasture. They enforce only the rules they want to, when they want. They let trash pile up up the road and the entire place begins to smell like a dump.

this should be a last resort.
