Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
their prices are terrible they charge you for everything they have to come and fix, even if it wasnt you or your family who did it, and the maintance people are very laid back, they do their job when they want to if they dont feel the need to do it then it wont be done, and the walls are very thin and you can hear anything someone says in the next apartment.
