High energy costs, ammenities, loud kids

I've lived in Riverlake Garden Apartments for a few months now. The only issues that I really have are the energy costs, the ammenities, and neighborhood kids. The courts are run down, the goal is bent; probably from children "dunking". The gym really isn't anything good to speak of. There isn't a whole lot of equipment, and it isn't ventilated properly, and it smells quite bad. The laundromat costs 1.00 to wash and a 1.50 to dry, but it's often filthy and full of dustbunnies. (Don't leave baskets in the laundromat when waiting on clothes, they may not be there when you get back). There are two pools, and the one I visit is nice. The car wash is definitely a joke. I think the grounds are nice, but there is a lot of work that needs to be done with the grass and such. I know there is a mud hole they need to take care of. As far as energy is concerned, upstairs apartments run a lot higher. I have a one bedroom apartment, and it costs me around $120.00 a month during the summer. I've seen the apartments look really good, and I've seen them look really terrible. It's the luck of the draw. The kids in the complex are are very loud as well. On another note, make sure that you can fit your furniture in the apartment, because the close corners near the front door and bedroom door can prevent some furniture from fitting. If you live here, it isn't that bad, but there are things to be improved on. I only have a problem majorly with neighbors that don't have the common courtesy to tell you when there is a problem. They just run to the office. Good luck with this. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
