I have lived here at River Lake for about 5 years now. I have NOT had any of the problems that I have read about. I live on the new side of the complex and its Great I have 2 boys and I feel 100% safe to let them ride there bikes out side. The Landscape is fine we live in FL the grass is not always going to be green. The Pest control comes once a mnth and I never have a bug problem.When I have had a Maintenance problem I call the office and before lunch my problem is fixed. The girls in the office are awesome. The parking thing is not a problem.. just remember you live in an apartment complex with no assigned parking your going to run into not being able to park in front of your building and on that note you will have that problem were ever you go. The energy cost is not that bad my Apartment is upstars so I allow for that. The Garden Grove Area is a nice place to be so I dont think the price is all that bad for the area you live in.
